Feasability Study and Product Development

Description of the Project:

Horwath HTL was in charge of assisting the developers for the reconstruction of this hotel. We carried out a product development (including planning and designing) and feasibility study for the scheme of an exclusive members club, The Resort & Spa Modani luxury with a total of 133 rooms.

Horwath HTL provided a detailed assessment of the market conditions and regulatory processes (that might affect the project), created a custom product concept and operational business model, including marketing material and system documents for its operation, in conjunction with the development team and other advisors.

The project is currently under-going refinancing.
